ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Rina.

I’m an organizational change consultant with extensive managerial experience in the finance field of the public sector, building teams and creating cross-organizational processes.

I spent most of my adult years in a field seen as serious, rough around the edges, and one that the word fun is more than likely not your first association.

That being said, I’ve found that joy is possible in a workplace that may not seem to be able to weave in light-heartedness, silliness, creativity, or excitement.

It is all a matter of choice. It is a mindset.

Like everyone else, I followed the “checklist” of life: getting married and having children, studying the “right” things to succeed—economics, accounting, business management, and building a career. All was good but,

Somewhere along the way, I felt something was missing; This feeling led me to learn more.

I studied positive psychology and group facilitating and embarked on several self-discovery programs in Israel and the USA. I found what I was missing, it was play, and I was not alone.

Over the years, I’ve witnessed many people who were looking forward to the weekend, the next vacation, retirement, etc., all the while accepting the wrongful fact that a workplace is nothing more than a place to work, as work and fun, work and play don’t belong together.

Not True. We were led to believe in this in the name of productivity and effectiveness.

With all the tools I’ve acquired, I was ready to take my personal experience to the next level, embarking on a journey to help others change their workplaces for the better and to bring more play to every aspect of their lives.

I live in Israel, am married to Moshe, and have three incredible sons and an adorable grandson.

I enjoy writing, traveling, and going on new adventures every day. (I maintain a personal blog http://playgrounds.life/ that captures my travel adventures and thoughts)

I believe life is a game to be played, so let’s enjoy it together.

I am here to help you make a change for a more playful workplace.

Playfully yours, Rina 😀

I’d love to help you find your new playful path. See how you can work with me to discover how to use play to your own advantage.
