Forgot your PLAY? Let’s bring it back ..

Hi Players,

Sometimes we get caught up in all the things that we have to do, should do, must do and the things we think others want us to do, so we entirely forget who we really are.    

As years go by, our real self is  sometimes covered with layers of the things society told us “this is the right way to live”

It makes you forget your favorite PLAY…..

This is what happened to me, so if it is similar to how you feel, it’s time to sit down and remember your favorite play.

It is really simple!

Let’s Start

TBT to your childhood (remember, children are not forced to play; they just do naty what they love)

Recall a time when you were genuinely happy and full of joy.

Then ask yourself these 3 simple questions:

  1. What was I doing ?Was I moving, sitting quietly?

    This will help you to know whether your play needs movement (me too) or you prefer something more laid back.

  2. Who was with me ? was I alone? was I with friends ? family ? find out  if you love to play alone

    or you enjoy playing with others.

  3. where was I playing ? was it outside in nature or in the solitude of my room.

Hopefully, by now you have a big smile on your face remembering the great moments of play.

Please bear in mind that we are always changing .

it’s possible that you enjoy now different things than in the past.

Be sure to do what you love NOW , what makes your heart beats ,NOW.  

Do you want to try new forms of PLAY ? experimnet a little ; it’s even better.(I started doing Mosaic and  fell in love)  

Playing helps to strech and grow in different directions.

As long as it makes you feel alive you know your are playing the right PLAY for you.

So get going and let’s PLAY.
